Crimson Galeria located at 57 JFK St is one of the few large buildings in Harvard Square.  Its tenancies include Staples, Wagamama etc. It was acquired in 1998 for $7.5 Million and was recently appraised for $32.8 Million. There is a substantial development potential of adding approximately 25000 sf being discussed with the City.
