Completed this marque building in August 2012. It is located in Harvard Square at intersection of Mt. Auburn and Massachusetts Ave. Its glass exterior, in sharp contrast to the traditional Harvard Square buildings has made a major impact in the Square. A magnificent roof garden is an especially notable feature. Total project cost was $13.5 Million and is currently appraised at $22 Million.
